Community
Sustainable economic growth can only be achieved in conjunction with well-informed and cohesive communities.
AGL strives for genuine and proactive community consultation.
To this end, AGL has already implemented broad communications with key community stakeholders – local governments, community groups, landholders, and nearby neighbours – on a regular basis via telephone, face-to-face individual and community meetings, email and postal correspondence.
Community Consultative Committee (CCC)
A Community Consultative Committee (CCC) has been formed for the Camden Gas project, which has been operating for many years.
The purpose of the committee is to provide a forum of open discussion between AGL and the community. It is aimed at facilitating good working relationships amongst committee members and to act as a channel to assist AGL in improving communication, education and notification within the general community.
